Hi! My name is Om Prakash Sharma. I’m an AI Engineer and DevOps enthusiast based in Kathmandu, Nepal.
My passions are:
- building AI-driven solutions
- optimizing cloud and DevOps infrastructure
- contributing to open-source projects and communities
I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering at the Institute of Engineering (IOE), Thapathali Campus.
Since 2021, I’ve been working on AI solutions, DevOps automation, and distributed systems while actively contributing to open-source projects.
I was selected as a Fulbright Grantee under the Global UGRAD Program and studied at North Central College, USA. Additionally, I participated in Google Summer of Code 2024 with the Drupal Association.

- Drupal GenAI Orchestration, contributing to the ECA Module as part of Google Summer of Code 2024.
- TCIOE-EMIS Web Development, leading DevOps automation and project management.
- Karkhana STEAM Mentor, guiding students in STEAM education and problem-solving.
- Nepal Cloud Professionals, managing Microsoft 365, Azure services, and security compliance.
Besides coding and technology, I enjoy mentoring students, advocating for internet governance, and exploring new innovations in AI and cloud computing.
